Expect to receive your order within 48 hours of dispatch. (Orders placed Monday-Friday before 14:30 will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. )

Orders

All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day. You may receive a notification that your items have been dispatched outside of these times, but this does not mean that they have been collected by the courier, it means that your order is awaiting collection by the courier.

General Delivery Information

Please note that your order will be dispatched from our Eirhorse Warehouse and this will be stated on your delivery notifications. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch (orders within Ireland), please contact us, quoting your order number on all correspondence.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct as we will not exchange or re-send any order at our cost if you provide incorrect details.
